Board Meetings: There are four scheduled board meetings a year, which are typically held on the first Monday in February, May, August and November. The locations and times vary. There is also a board meeting held immediately before the annual meeting. All members are welcome to the open portion of the meeting. Please let the board know if you are interested in attending so the agenda can be adjusted appropriately.
Annual Meeting The primary purpose of the annual meeting is to nominate and elect board members. Board members are elected to a two year term. We like to include some neighborly socializing and a chance to discuss common homeowner issues with your neighbors. You are all cordially invited.
